I love how this song evolves, it goes from a slow almost eerie sound into a bumping bop.

I love tracks that evolve, but I also like a track that catches me by surprise, which is exactly what meija's remix of "Tranquilize" did. The Meija mix gave the track a somewhat eerie feeling, something more reminiscent from the warmup track at a rave club than an actual chillwave lo-fi anthem. But because of the excellent execution and almost perfect reimagining of the track-specific genre, not only does it not lose its original feel, but gains so much more.

It's the perfect Halloween bop mixed with a classic chill lo-fi aesthetic.
