Swaine Delgado, Australian-based artist with a voice as smooth as silk, known for crafting dreamy pop, has been remixed by the king of remixes himself, RAC. This collaboration is one that I didn't know I needed until hearing it. RAC has a gift of adding subtle, yet profound, layers to already wonderful songs. In this case, "Boulevard" had laid the ambient/electro-pop foundation, which RAC built upon to create this absolute banger.
Delgado has hinted at an upcoming EP and explained the meaning behind the track:
“‘Boulevard’ was the first song I wrote on the new EP...Boulevard was written at a time where I was feeling a lot of boundaries in my life and felt like I couldn’t be who I wanted to be if I stayed put, I just tried to capture that in the most fun way possible."
"Boulevard" marked Delgado's first release of last year, 2020, and this EP will be his first work of 2021. I'm eager to hear the final result!
